Every appointment starts with a quick health and behaviour check. We note matting, skin issues, and sensitivities before water ever runs — because grooming should never be a surprise for your pup or for you.

Our groomers train in breed standards, low-stress handling, and first-aid basics. Professional dryers with adjustable speed and temperature keep coats healthy without overwhelming nervous dogs.

Since 2014 we have built a cage-free sanctuary in Melbourne where dogs are treated like family — with patience, skill, and a whole lot of love.
